Job Description:
The major responsibilities include:
1. To ensure and achieve the budgeted sales top line (turnover) of the center.
2. To achieve the sales numbers, effective distribution of hospital into A Class, B Class and C Class.
3. To appoint REs & CC and manage them to effective use by deploying them in various market segments.
4. To ensure the point No. 1 achievement
5. To implement effective sales & product training programme acceptable to the field force through roll plays on a weekly basis.
6. To implement incentives & monitor incentive scheme to the sales team and motivate them to achieve.
7. To ensure good hospital tie-ups and Gynecologists tie-ups in each and every targeted hospitals
8. To plan and execute grass-root promotion at the center.
9. To ensure all accounting matters are maintained as per the SOP.
10. To support other departments and peer groups to do their role effectively to achieve customer satisfaction.
