Job Role: REQUIRES ASSISTANT MANAGER (TRAINEE)
Job Summary:
Qualification: First Class Masters degree in Science in the Branch of Botany/Plantation Development OR First class degree in Agriculture/Forestry.
[Post graduate degree/Diploma in Plantation Management from reputed institutions will be considered as an additional qualification.]
Age: 38 years (maximum) as on 01.01.2013.
Stipend (monthly) : Rs. 21070/-
Other conditions :
Selected candidate will be placed as Management Trainee (Estate) and put on training. The training period will normally be one year and on successful completion of training, the candidate will be considered for appointment as Asst. Manager in the company in the scale of pay of Rs. 11070-18450 (under revision) with usual allowances as per company rules.
