Responsibilities:
• Monitor production batch processing, escalate the issues and perform first level troubleshooting as per the document within SLA time limit.
• Basic graduation; • Should have basic knowledge of Batch monitoring and operations; • Good written and oral communication skills;
• Knowledge on batch scheduling tools is desirable; • 1-2 years’ experience in industry-standard monitoring tools for batch processing;
• Good understanding of handling ticketing tool. Day to Day Responsibilities • Monitor the queues and assign the tickets to the appropriate teams;
• Follow daily checklist for routine tasks; • Monitor Netcool tool for event management and console alerts;
• Strictly adhere to the SLA and client agreed procedures;
• Escalate the issue as per document; • Maintain process document for routine activities.
